Feng Shui Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Renée Longworth ("the Promoter"), based in New South Wales, Australia. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. Feng Shui consultants or professionals offering Feng Shui services are not eligible to enter or win this giveaway.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must complete the following steps:

  • Like the Giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.

  • Tag a friend in this post, in the comments who would love this giveaway.

Entries that do not fulfil these criteria will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on Thursday, 6th February 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 16th February 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize Details

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Feng Shui Consultation Requirements
To claim the Feng Shui Consultation, the winner must provide:

  • A to-scale floor plan of their home

  • Their residential address

  • Their date of birth (for personalised advice)

Additionally, the winner must engage in an online Zoom consultation of 45 minutes within 3 months of the winner announcement date. Failure to book and attend the consultation within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of this portion of the prize.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random and announced on Tuesday, 18th February 2025 via Instagram, Facebook, and email. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Verification of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including checking:

  • That the entrant is subscribed to the mailing list

  • That the entrant has liked and shared the giveaway post

  • That the entrant has tagged the Promoter in an Instagram Story

Failure to meet these conditions will result in disqualification.

9. Social Media Policy

  • Any tags or mentions of other Feng Shui businesses or consultants will be removed from giveaway posts and entries.

  • Entries that promote, link to, or advertise other Feng Shui businesses will be disqualified.

  • The giveaway is intended for personal use only and is not open to other Feng Shui professionals.

10. Liability & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

  • Violate Instagram or Facebook terms

  • Use fake accounts or bots

  • Do not comply with entry requirements

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical errors.

11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected will only be used to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. The winner’s details will be used only for prize delivery and consultation purposes.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
